Privacy Notice

MH-Services GmbH, Gerasdorf bei Wien, Austria is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR.

Why we process data

• Contact form: We use your name, company, e-mail address and message to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data such as truncated IP address, device information and regions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Server logs: Our hosting provider stores IP address, date/time and browser details to provide the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from real users. Processed data: IP, browser fingerprint (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Contact requests are deleted after 12 months or once your enquiry is resolved. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months if you consent. Server logs are usually kept for 7–14 days.

E-mail delivery

Form submissions are delivered via Gmail SMTP (Google Workspace) to our inbox office@mh-services.eu. Data processing under Google Workspace Data Processing Addendum.

Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
