Privacy Notice

MH-Services GmbH, Gerasdorf bei Wien, Austria is responsible for processing personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Why we process data

• Contact form: We use your name, company, e-mail address and message to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics: With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data such as truncated IP address, device information and regions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Server logs: Our hosting provider stores IP address, date/time and browser details to provide the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Contact requests are deleted after 12 months or once your enquiry is resolved. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months if you consent. Server logs are usually kept for 7–14 days.
